The Concert Band at Jefferson Middle School is our third highest level of band. Students in this band have played for at least one year and have demonstrated a skill level necessary to perform and compete at the Concert Band level. Students are placed in this group based on a year long evaluation, cumulative performance at the end of each year, and the ensemble's instrumentation needs. Students in Beginning Band are typically promoted to this group the following year.
